The Atlantic City Expressway (ACE) 2023 Facilities Improvement Project REBID consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials and performing all work required to construct the proposed single story Emergency Service Building at Farley Plaza and the proposed building addition at the West Maintenance Yard. The work at the proposed single story Emergency Service Building includes four offices, locker room, male toilet facilities, unisex toilet, kitchenette, utility closet, storage closet, janitor closet, steel framing and roof truss, electrical service, water service, sanitary sewer service, including force main and pump station, and restriping existing parking spaces. The work at the proposed building addition at the West Maintenance Yard includes the new addition (approximately 440 SF) in the rear of the existing maintenance building to serve as general office space and locker room. Additionally, modifications to the existing corridor at the existing office area, electrical service, natural gas service, and a natural gas fired generator are also proposed. Bidders are advised to review the detailed scope of work and restrictions noted in the Instructions to Bidders ITB-1, Section 1. A Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the TOTAL BID PRICE but not to exceed $20,000.00, is required to accompany all bid submissions.
