Job Location: 1540 Lakeview Avenue - Dracut, MA 01826 Project Description: This project is located in Dracut, Massachusetts. Protection of existing pavement and utilities outside the limit of work, and associated facilities as indicated. Site work: Preparation of Subbase as outlined herein, installation of new paved surfaces including all tennis court markings, logos, sports lines and specialty surfacing materials. Top dress all disturbed areas with loam and seed. Provide and install all new fences, and gates as outlined in the record plans and documents. All work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. Coordinate all construction activity, trades, schedules, deliveries, staging areas and subcontactors to minimize impact to the Owner. In addition, the work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. 3. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities.
