Site work for a water / sewer project in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The major work will consist of approximately 3,685 linear feet of 24-inch water line installed using open-cut method, with three bore crossings encased in approximately 475 linear fee of42- inch steel. The project includes three gate valves with vaults, three 8-inch blow-off valves, and three 4-inch combination air release valves. The bid proposal includes two alternate materials: PVC and ductile iron pipe, with the city making the final selection of the pipe material.
