Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Greenleaf, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,882-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Town is requesting single bids for the entire complete project with a project start date on or before September 3, 2024 with completion on or before January 31, 2025. Each bidder must deposit, with its bid, a Bid Bond in an amount of 5% of the maximum amount of the bid at the time its bid is submitted. The project will also require a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in 100% of the contract price. The Town's insurance requirements can be obtained by contacting Kelly Sperl. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Town for this work in accordance with Wis. Stat. 66.0901. Bidders must complete and return the Town's Contractor Prequalification Form, with Forms received by the Town Clerk, whose mailing address is above, on or before 5:00 p.m. local time on August 2, 2024, in order to be considered for the project. RIGHTS RESERVED The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, including bids that are incomplete or nonresponsive, and to waive informalities in any bid.
