Solicitation No: PTFL 22-1019, PTFL 21-1008 Contract No: FA8903-21-D0004 Building 2619 Dorm Construction Renovations at Joint Base McGuire Dix Lakehurst (JB MDL), New Jersey: A) The construction requirement shall include but is not limited to the following: Relocation of existing hot water systems; installation of new chilled water system, fan coil units, dedicated outdoor air system & HVAC control system. Refurbish bathrooms and bedrooms with new finishes, plumbing fixtures, shower stalls, and casework. Relocate telecom rooms, and refurbish hallways and public spaces with new finishes, signage, and window blinds. All new LED lighting, and telecom outlets. Upgrade Fire Alarm System. Demolition of all unused wiring systems & devices. Hazardous material removal and remediation of asbestos, lead paint & mold. B) The period of performance for the contract is 365 days. C) This requirement is a single award set aside for an 8(a) competitive set aside. D) In accordance with DFAR 236.204, the estimated magnitude of this construction project is Between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000 E) The NAICS code is 236220 and the size standard is $45.0M F) All prices should be included on the bid schedule attached. G) Contractor should reference Section L, Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors for preparation of proposals. The solicitation will be evaluated using price and past performance information as stated in section M.
