It includes milling and resurfacing of existing asphalt pavement on 8 streets, affecting a approximately 3.2 lane miles with a total area of approximately 19,000 square yards. The project also includes at specific locations, replacement of existing road base, concrete curb, sidewalk, and ADA ramps. This project will be federally funded, in part or whole through the Hillsborough County, Affordable Housing Services, with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This project must meet all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances, including Davis Bacon and Related Acts as well as Section 3.
