One-step Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) RFP for MD Anderson Missouri City Diagnostic Imaging. The MD Anderson Missouri City Diagnostic Imaging Facility will implement an established breast imaging prototype on the ground floor of a new two-story construction development located off HWY 6 in Missouri City, leasing approximately 16,000 square feet for this program. This building will have shared entries and core spaces, including stairs, elevator, and utility rooms. The scope of this project includes construction to support and house new medical equipment which will include 1 MRI, 4 mammography, 4 ultrasounds, 1 X-ray, 1 bone density, along with a cytology lab, exam rooms, waiting rooms, 3 physician readings rooms and a conference room, including support spaces for this facility. The core/shell, and site work will be done by the developer and coordination will need to occur between core/shell and interior teams. Owner anticipates that the construction manager at risk will provide pre-construction and construction services. The Construction Manager's Budget Limitation ("CMBL") is: seven million, two-hundred thousand Dollars ($7,200,000). Respondent shall seek clarifications and interpretations by submitting a Request for Information ("RFI"), via the form attached hereto, to Owner's Point-of-Contact. All such RFIs shall be submitted by 4:00 PM, local time, on the seventh calendar day after the date Owner issued this RFP to Respondent.
