Description 24-13 McKinley / Spruce Alley Storm Sewer Improvements The project consists of the replacement of existing 8" clay sanitary sewer with 8" SDR-35 sanitary sewer including sanitary laterals and replacement of existing 18" clay storm sewer with new 18" reinforced concrete storm pipe including storm manholes and catch basin along the alley connecting McKinley Avenue to Spruce Street and resurfacing the alley from McKinley Avenue to Spruce Street. Any and all questions regarding the 24-13 McKinley / Spruce Alley Storm Sewer Improvements project must be submitted electronically through Bid Express no later than 1:00 p.m. on Monday, July 29,2024 State of Ohio Prevailing Wage Rates apply. Estimate: $193,960 The Contractor shall be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of Ohio. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City of Sidney reserves the right to waive any irregularities, to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the bidder deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Sidney. Questions submitted outside of Bid Express will not be answered. Any interpretation of the proposed documents will be made only by Addendum duly issued, and a copy of such Addendum will be delivered to each person receiving a set of such documents.
