Notice to proceed will be within the next week." ***Apparent low bid from previous bid opening: Corrio Construction, Inc- $724,753 Questions Due Date: Mar 10th 2025, 11:30 PM MDT Work covered under this Contract, Granger-Hunter Improvement District 23V: Decker Main WWPS Emergency Repairs, shall be performed within Granger-Hunter Improvement District property and easements located at Decker Main Wastewater Pump Station site (2212 W 3100 S, West Valley, Utah). Work includes exterior composite pipe wrap repairs to existing steel header pipe nozzles at six (6) locations. One (1) nozzle has been repaired with a pipe clamp at a location where there is a perforation in the steel pipe wall. The header piping is required to remain in service during all work. The piping is currently accessible with scaffolding that is expected to remain in place during the work and to provide the CONTRACTOR full access to the work areas. GHID is currently renting the scaffolding and the scaffolding will be removed by others following completion of the Work. Specific work includes, but is not limited to the following: a. Exterior surface preparation to the pipe repair area, repairs, waste handling, containment, storage, and disposal. b. One pipe nozzle has experienced a perforation in the pipe wall and has been repaired with a pipe clamp. CONTRACTOR shall repair the perforation before applying the exterior composite wrap. Metal protrusions, deformations, and weld splatter shall be removed by grinding as directed and where identified by the ENGINEER.
