The purpose of this qualification is to select first-tier subcontractors for the selected packages and to promote business inclusion, including facilitating second-tier DBE participation through first-tier trade partners where possible. This advertisement is for the new MUSC Nexton Community Hospital located in Berkeley County, SC. The scope of the project includes a new 72-bed, 3-story, 192,000-sf hospital including emergency department, diagnostics and treatment, surgery and patient recovery.
