Site work for a civil project in Ona, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work to Be Bid Upon is Generally Described as Follows: Replacement of Existing Obsolete Pumps With New 7.5-hp Grinder Pumps. Replacement of Existing Control Panels. Replacement of Existing Guide Rails, Intermediate Brackets, Check Valves, and Piping for the Pump Station. Replacement of Roto-phase Converter With Vfds. Installation of Riprap Scour Protection. Replacement of Some of Fence. Other Work Items. Construction Time Limit for the Contract is 365 Consecutive Calendar Days to Substantial Completion. Bids Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond Payable to Salt Rock Sewer Public Service District in an Amount Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Base Bid. The Salt Rock Sewer Public Service District Reserves the Right to Reject Any and R All Bids. Bidders Must Comply With the President's Executive Order Nos. 11246 and 11375, Which Prohibit Discrimination in Employment Regarding Race, Creed, Color, Sex, or National Origin. Bidders Must Comply With Title Vi of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Anti-kickback Act, Section 3 Segregated Facilities, Section 109 and the Contract Work Hours Standard Act. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
