Site work and paving for a civil project in Prescott, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Yavapai-Prescott Indian Tribe (YPIT / Owner) is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors (Arizona Licensed and Insured) to provide construction services for asphalt paving services for the "Target Entrance" in the Frontier Village Shopping Center. "Target Entrance" Remove existing asphalt from the lighted entrance into FVC (Target) after ADOT Hwy 69 right of way between Applebee's and Golden Corral to the top of slope where pavers begin. Include separate cost for potential concrete curb replacement at edge of pavers, top of slope. Remove any bad substrate where needed and install and compact 6" ABC. Repave with 4" MAG asphalt over aggregate base, while maintaining existing drainage. Stripe as shown on the exhibit. Include traffic control plan and separate line item for work to be performed in the evening, or after hours. Refer to the attached 8.5"x11" drawings to identify the following areas of work. All proposals will become the property of the Owner, Yavapai-Prescott Indian Tribe (YPIT). Selection will be made based upon a combination of qualifications and price. YPIT is not responsible for costs incurred by respondents for preparing proposals. Decisions made by YPIT are final.
