Renovation of an educational facility in Bismarck, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

General work will be incidental work associated with the project and will consist of general patching and sealing to match existing. Mechanical work will consist of removing the existing chiller and associated outdoor piping, installing new chiller, piping, and refilling the system with appropriate glycol solution. Electrical work will be incidental work associated with the project and will consist of disconnecting the existing chiller, making connections to the new chiller, and installing new electrical equipment. Each Bid must be accompanied by a separate envelope containing a Bidder's Bond in a sum equal to five percent of the full amount of the Bid, executed by the Bidder as Principal and by a Surety Company authorized to do business in this State, conditioned that if the Principal's Bid be accepted and the Contract awarded to the Principal, the Principal, within ten days after notice of award, will execute and effect a Contract in accordance with the terms of the Principal's Bid and a Contractor's Bond as required by law and the regulations and determinations of the governing board. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to accept or reject any or all Bids. Question Deadline 07/31/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing.
