CONSTRUCTION PACKAGE #637A The General Contracting Package consists of project(s) at the following locations owned by the Okaloosa County School Board: Mary Esther Elementary School - 320 E Miracle Strip Pkwy, Mary Esther, FL 32569 Fort Walton Beach High School - 400 Hollywood Blvd NW, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548 Scope of work is for the design and replacement of the Central Plant components at Fort Walton Beach High School (2 Cooling Towers). Also included is a continuation of the work at Mary Esther Elementary School to install heat strips at the units serving the classrooms. The District has begun a project to install heat elements at (4) existing classroom units. Our scope of work will be to extend this effort to the remaining classrooms. Equipment Purchased via Owner Direct Purchase (ODP) 1. Base Bid shall include all costs related to the receiving, off-loading, hoisting, placement and installation of the following owner purchased equipment, as identified on the drawings and as specified in the Project Specifications: New OFCI 600Ton, 2 Cell Cooling Tower - for Fort Walton Beach New RTU for Classrooms, (24) - 3-10 Ton R-410 Packaged Heat Pump (W4C) - MaryEsther New RTU for Corridor, (4) - 3-10 Ton R-410 Packaged Head Pump (W4C) - Mary Esther
