Furnishing of all labor and materials to perform the Work in conjunction with the construction of: Replace Domestic Boiler Wilber and Theresa Faiss Middle School MPID # 0017185, PWP #CL-2024-480 The Work consists of removing one (1) gas-fired water heater and providing two (2) electric water heaters; modifying domestic water pipes as required; removing the shower poles and floor drains in boys' and girls' locker rooms; patching the ceiling and floor as needed. Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of C-21. Bidders must provide their most current letter of pre-qualification issued by the Clark County School District and all information listed in Part 5 of Document 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders.
