Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Odessa, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 3,288-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Demolition and Removal This bid shall be for the demolition in place no abatement of property in accordance with the requirements specified herein and including all provisions set forth in the accompanying documentation. Sampling of suspect building materials discovered no asbestos containing materials present. Refer to attachment A. 1.1 PURPOSE The City of Odessa is accepting sealed bids from qualified individuals interested in contracting with the City to provide demolition and clean-up services of an approximately 3288 sq. ft. structure located at 330 Wabash Ave. Upon completion of work, the site is to be level, and ready for future development. The technical specifications and project description are defined in attachment A and B. Specific property is as follows: 330 Wabash Ave KINZY BLOCK 1 LOT 1 1.2 CONTACTS A.
