Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Haines City, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 29,259-square-foot, four-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

This Project consist generally of a new 4 story office building with approcimately 7,315 SF average per floor for a total of 29,259 gross SF and all related site improvements. WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. The design and construction of a new 29,259 gsf four-story City Hall Annex building. a. The purpose of the Annex Building is to provide additional office space for the City of Haines City. b. The work includes all required materials, tools, equipment, labor, and supervision for the complete construction of a new 29,259 gsf four-story building with new utility and site improvements. A. General: Cooperate fully with Owner so work may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying work under this Contract or work by Owner. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with work performed by Owner. B. Preceding Work: Owner will perform the following construction operations at Project site. Those operations are scheduled to be substantially complete before work under this Contract begins. 1. Removal of all items not included in the Construction Documents that are intended to be kept. It will be the contractor's responsibility to coordinate any items that remain and do not fall under the construction documents or specifications issued. C. Concurrent Work: Owner will perform the following construction operations at Project site. Those operations will be conducted simultaneously with work under this Contract. 1. Owner will provide all items specified on the Construction Documents issued with these specifications in a timely manner for which the contractor can complete the work as agreed upon. D. Subsequent Work: Owner will perform the following additional work at site after Substantial Completion. Completion of that work will depend on successful completion of preparatory work under this Contract. 1.
