Football Scoreboard Replacement - West Valley High School Required Contractor License: B or C10 or C45 Bidder's Clarification Due: July 24, 2024, 4:00 p.m. The District's Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received. If the District awards the Contract, the security of unsuccessful Bidder(s) shall be returned within sixty (60) days from the time the award is made. Unless otherwise required by law, no Bidder may withdraw its bid for ninety (90) days after the date of the bid opening Contractor to remove and dispose of football scoreboard and message center. Contractor to install Daktronics Football Scoreboard model number FB-2021-201X-W-PV-120-F. Contractor to install Daktronics Galaxy Outdoor Electronic Message Center model number GS6-60X350-15-RGB-SF. Football scoreboard and message center are owner-furnished. Contractor to move scoreboard and message center from the Maintenance and Operations yard at 1791 W Acacia Avenue, Hemet, CA 92543 to West Valley High School. Contractor shall fabricate and install custom wall mounted supports required for the new scoreboard and message center. The top ID sign shall remain and contractor shall install new face in the ID sign. Four color graphics to be added to the face, artwork to be provided by the District. Contractor to connect power and signal to the new scoreboard. Contractor to install modem for message center communications. Contractor to fill any gaps at edges and flash with black aluminum.
