Renovation at Eugene Field will include preconstruction services; reconfiguring the community room, providing new fixtures and finishes, site improvements, updating communication and technology, and improve HVAC. Renovation at Hampden will include preconstruction services; adding square footage with an addition, creating a designated teen space within the existing branch and increasing the square footage of the idea lab by relocating into the existing community room. Renovation at Ross-Broadway will include preconstruction services; historic restoration of the existing windows, build out of the existing garage for staff workspace, provide new interior finishes, and improve landscaping, sidewalk, and exterior lighting. Renovation at Ross-University Hills will include preconstruction services; repaving the parking lot, updating the community room, relocating/reconfiguring children's area, providing new fixtures and finishes, site improvements, updating communication and technology, and replace boiler. Eugene Field, Ross-Broadway, and Ross-University Hills are part of the 2017 Elevate Denver Bond Program, which is a 10-year, $937 million general obligation bond program approved by voters in 2017.
