Reference Number 0000357932 08/07/2024 at 10:00 AM MT Questions are submitted online Yes Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements Participation Requirements - Minority Business Participation - Women-Owned Business Participation General Requirements - Bidder Prequalification/Preregistration Required - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required General Statement of Work Renovations for four (4) Denver Public Library (DPL) branch locations: 1) Elevate bond funded renovation for the Eugene Field Branch Library, located at 810 S University Blvd, 2) RISE bond funded renovation for the Hampden Branch Library, located at 9755 E Girard Ave, 3) Elevate bond funded renovation for the Ross-Broadway Branch Library, located at 33 E Bayaud Ave, 4) Elevate bond funded renovation for the Ross-University Hills Branch Library, located at 4310 E Amherst Ave . Renovation at Eugene Field will include preconstruction services; reconfiguring the community room, providing new fixtures and finishes, site improvements, updating communication and technology, and improve HVAC. Renovation at Hampden will include preconstruction services; adding square footage with an addition, creating a designated teen space within the existing branch and increasing the square footage of the idea lab by relocating into the existing community room. Renovation at Ross-Broadway will include preconstruction services; historic restoration of the existing windows, build out of the existing garage for staff workspace, provide new interior finishes, and improve landscaping, sidewalk, and exterior lighting. Renovation at Ross-University Hills will include preconstruction services; repaving the parking lot, updating the community room, relocating/reconfiguring children's area, providing new fixtures and finishes, site improvements, updating communication and technology, and replace boiler. Eugene Field, Ross-Broadway, and Ross-University Hills are part of the 2017 Elevate Denver Bond Program, which is a 10-year, $937 million general obligation bond program approved by voters in 2017. The program will enhance the City and County of Denver by providing critical improvements to the City's infrastructure - improving our roads, sidewalks, parks, recreation centers, libraries, cultural centers, public-owned buildings and safety facilities More information can be found on the City online. Hampden is part of the 2021 RISE Denver Bond Program, which is a 10-year, $260 million general obligation bond program approved by voters in 2021. The program will drive economic recovery by creating thousands of jobs, investing in local businesses, and bringing critical infrastructure and community assets to historically underserved areas of the city. Through four different categories of infrastructure projects, RISE Denver will serve our most vulnerable residents and unhoused neighbors, increase mobility and safety in our neighborhoods and accessibility within city facilities, and preserve Denver's history and culture through building restorations.
