Renovation of a municipal facility in Cortland, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The salt storage barn is located at the Cortland County Highway Department facility, 4267 Traction Drive, Cortland, NY 13045. The Cortland County Highway Department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received and to make awards in the best interest of Cortland County. SPECIFICATIONS Contractor shall be required to use full sheets of metal roofing, NO overlapping seams. Contractor shall be required to install purlins over existing shingle roof before new metal is installed Contractor shall be required to provide all equipment to perform the install. Contractor shall be required to clean up and dispose of all debris pertaining to the install. Contractor shall be responsible for all work zone traffic control. Contractor shall be required to leave access to the adjacent truck garage. All bays must be accessible at all times. Contractor shall conform to Section 220 of the New York State Prevailing Wage Rates for Cortland County.
