OPTION TO RENEW FOR ONE YEAR Continuation of the Agreement beyond the initial period is a County prerogative and not a right of the Contractor. This prerogative will be exercised only when such continuation is clearly in the best interest of the County and upon budget approval. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 150000 $ A 5% Bid Bond is required for Construction Projects over $50,000 at the time of bid submittal. Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract value, will be required at time of contract execution, or as otherwise defined in the Specifications/Scope of Work. The County reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities, and the right to accept or reject any and all proposals.
