Question Deadline 07/31/2024 at 11:00 AM MT Questions must be received through the Citys Procurement Portal Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, services, skills, traffic control, etc., required to apply all types of slurry and fiber slurry sealants, Type II and III Central Mix Rubberized Emulsion-Aggregate Slurry Seal (CM REAS), low and high-volume chip sealant, Deliver and Supply, Apply OptiPave, Polymer Modified Masterseal (PMM), Gilsonite-based Asphalt Sealant (GSB-88), High Density Mineral Bond (HA5), and Liquid Road, Onyx, Guardtop, Medium Curing (MC-250), etc. All types of Fractured Aggregate Surface Treatment (FAST), or equal products, perform pneumatic rolling of material after each application of chip seal or slurry seal. Any discrepancies in the understanding of this clause shall be resolved in a manner as determined by City. The Contractor is responsible for preserving the pavement sealant until it is accepted by the City. All defects are the responsibility of the Contractor to repair. All calibrations shall be on site having a Public Works representative present or they will not be accepted. Once complete, a copy will be emailed to the Manager and Superintendent. Each day the daily quantities tickets will be given to the inspector. As oil is delivered to the materials yard, a copy of that ticket will be given to the inspector.
