Mill approx. 2" deep, (prepped to pave with tack coat and 0.5" macadam leveling scratch) on 2 Baldwin Blvd from Smokehouse Lane to Cortland Drive and from Macintosh Road towards Orchard : 2790 Sq Yds Kills shopping center (Refer to drawing.) ^ Mill approx. 1.5" deep, [prepped to pave) Approx. 16 Sq Yds on 11th Avenue near Queen Ave and f ^ approx. 15 Sq yds on Stetler Avenue near Maple Street. 4 Superpave 9.5 mm Fine wearing course <0,3 million ESALS : 560 Ton 5 Superpave 19 mm Binder Course : 600 Ton 6 2A Subbase for paving base, reconstructing roadway sub-base to proper slopes. : 100 Ton 7 Readjust (6] sewer manhole lids to within 0.25" of finished paving surface, 6 Each 8 Readjust (2) stormwater inlet grate to within 1,0" of finished paving surface. 2 Eocfr 9 (2) water vafve box to within 0.25" of finished paving surface.
