The City of Issaquah Department of Public Works is soliciting interest from firms with expertise in stormwater modeling, planning, and design to submit a statement of qualifications in relation to this RFQ. The City requires an evaluation of the existing stormwater treatment system at the Issaquah Public Works Maintenance Depot, 670 First Ave NE, Issaquah. The intent of the study is to maximize yard space by paving remaining unpaved areas and the development of options for augmentation of the stormwater treatment system at the facility, to current code. This will be a two-phased project. Phase 1 includes surveying, analysis, and options development. Phase 2 will require the development bid-ready construction documentation and assistance with permitting and other delivery aspects. A professional service contract will be executed for Phase1 and can be subsequently amended to include the Phase 2 work. The City of Issaquah reserves the right to retain the services of the successful firm(s) for any subsequent Stages associated with this Plan. The City will not pay for costs incurred by an applicant resulting from their preparation or submittal of a proposal in response to this RFQ. The City reserves the right to modify or cancel in part, or in its entirety, this RFQ. The City of Issaquah, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252,42 U,S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that will affirmative ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this Invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color or national origin In consideration for an award.
