Site work for a water / sewer project in Firth, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Allen Street Main Replacements. The Project Includes the Following Work Construction of approximately 1,200 linear feet of 6-inch water main, installed via both open cut and Horizontal Directional Drill, including valves, hydrants, miscellaneous fittings, live taps, connecting to existing water main services, installing owner-purchased meter pits and connecting to service lines, testing and disinfection, site restoration, and all other miscellaneous items of construction as further described in the Plans and in the Specifications. No Pre-bid Conference for This Project. Bid Security Shall Be Furnished in Accordance With the Instruction to Bidders. The Check(S) or Bond(S) Shall Be Made Payable to Owner as Security That the Bidder(S) to Whom the Award(S) Are Made Will Enter Into Contract to Build the Improvements Bid Upon and Furnish the Required Bonds and Insurance. The Owner Reserves the Right to Accept Any Bid Which It Deems Most Advantageous to the Owner, and to Reject Any or All Bids Submitted and to Hold as Many Bids as It Desires for Consideration for a Period of Sixty Days After the Bids Are Open.
