Renovation of a mixed-use development in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a data center facility.
This work includes the replacement of UPS equipment and installation of two new Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units for the AOC Data Center at Indianapolis International Airport, located in Indianapolis, Indiana. The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to Replace two Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units. Minimize operations and comfort disruptions during the equipment replacement. Maintain a two week look ahead scheduled for anticipated work. Also, maintain a project schedule with work to complete update at a minimum monthly. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and material necessary to complete the work. Each bid shall include all work, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the project as required in strict compliance with the drawings and specifications (Plans) prepared by Circle Design Group, 9229 Delegates Row Ste 150, Indianapolis, Indiana 46240. Pursuant to the repeal of Indiana Code 5-16-7, effective July 1, 2015, common construction wages are not required on this project. The project involves replacing two existing UPS units.
