Water and Wastewater Control System Upgrades. There is No Pre-bid Conference for This Project. The Project Includes the Following Work: Water and Wastewater Control System Upgrades to Include Procurement, Installation, Integration, and Startup/commissioning of Programmable Logic Controllers, Networking Equipment, and Telemetry for the Wastewater Treatment Plant, Lift Station, and Water Tower Control System. Bid Security Shall Be Furnished in Accor- Dance With the Instruction to Bidders. The Check(S) or Bond(S) Shall Be Made Payable to Owner as Security That the Bidder(S) to Whom the Award(S) Are Made Will Enter Into Contract to Build the Improvements Bid Upon and Furnish the Required Bonds and Insurance. Water and Wastewater Control System Upgrades including procurement, installation, integration, and startup/commissioning of Programmable Logic Controllers, Networking Equipment, and Telemetry. The Owner Reserves the Right to Accept Any Bid Which It Deems Most Advantageous to the Owner, and to Reject Any or All Bids Submitted and to Hold as Many Bids as It Desires for Con- Sideration for a Period of Thirty (30) Days After the Bids Are Open.
