9 Title: Maintenance services for electrical systems in accordance with the latest version of the CSA Z463 standard A site visit is not a condition for the admissibility of a bid and therefore does not lead to its rejection. However, it is strongly recommended that, before preparing his tender, the tenderer visit the premises indicated in order to familiarize himself with anything that could affect the services to be performed in any way whatsoever. No claim due to ignorance of the general and local conditions will be recognised by the CSSDM. The tenderer may not claim any compensation for travel expenses. All work must be completed between 7 October 2024 and 21 June 2025, and all reports must be submitted and invoices sent to srm.facturation@csdm.qc.ca by 27 June 2025 at the latest. Tender security: All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security representing 10% of the total cost of the tender, including applicable taxes, in favour of the Centre de services scolaires. This bid security must be presented in one of the following forms: - An irrevocable letter of guarantee issued by a financial institution valid for a period of 45 days following the bid opening date; - A bid bond issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a licence issued in accordance with the Insurance Act. As bid security, only the bond and the irrevocable letter of guarantee are accepted when a bid is submitted electronically. No other form of security is accepted with this method of transmission. If the tender documents provide for another form of tender security and the service provider wishes to avail itself of this, the tender must be submitted exclusively on paper.
