(End of provision) 52.212-2 EVALUATION - COMMERICAL ITEMS (NOV 2021) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical Acceptance Price Technical Acceptance The Government will evaluate the extent to which the quote provides the technical approach to refurbishing the Eaton 150VCP-W50C vacuum circuit breaker back to factory specification or PEARL reconditioning standard as outlined in the attached Statement of work. The contractor shall provide specifics on their capacity to complete all required work to refurbish the Eaton 150VCP-W50C Breaker. Price Submit a price quote along with any required representations and certifications. Provide pricing for the CLINs identified in the price schedule. (b) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award. This is a firm fixed price contract. The delivery date is 75 days after receipt of award. Scope: This SOW covers replacement of vacuum interrupters, calibration and testing of one (1) Eaton / Cutler Hammer type VCP-W50C vacuum circuit breaker. Satisfactory completion of this work requires that parts be furnished and installed per factory procedures to restore the breakers to original factory performance standards as verified by testing performed in accordance with the factory's operation and maintenance manual (I.B. 32-255-1G - Eaton "Instructions for Installation, Operation and Maintenance of Type VCP-W Vacuum Circuit Breakers").
