The Project consists of milling and resurfacing various streets with ADA compliant sidewalks and curb ramps, and reconstruction of South Street from Dead End to 8th Street, all in the Town of Upland. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at theIssuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8am-4pm, local time, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Bidding Documents also may be examined at Town of Upland Town Hall, 87 North Main Street,Upland, Indiana 46989. Prospective Bidders should contact the Issuing Office at by email at marion@rmasurveying.com to obtain copies of theBidding Documents. The date that the Bidding Documents aretransmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets ofBidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets ofBidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
