Question Deadline 07/29/2024 at 1:00 PM CT The Iowa DOT is seeking additional responders to supply Cummins Genuine OEM parts for the Dots truck fleet located in Districts 2 & 3. The Iowa DOT anticipates contracting with all Cummins OEM authorized parts vendors that respond. Each Iowa DOT Field Shop location would then use the contracted vendor that is closest to their location when purchasing these repair parts. The Contracts will be used to purchase New Cummins OEM parts for use in repairs of Cummins engines (4BT,5.9, 6.7, 8.3, L9, and M11 for example). Only Cummins Genuine OEM parts will be accepted. Other brand, remanufactured, rebuilt, reconditioned, used parts, or any other item will not acceptable. Deliveries shall be F.O.B Destination. Contract Begin Date September 1, 2024 Contract End Date June 30, 2025 Contract Award The Contractor will be awarded a ten (10) month contract with an option to renew for five (5) additional years in twelve (12) month increments.
