Terrell Independent School District (Terrell ISD) is soliciting Proposals for Landscape Services. Terrell ISD Requests proposals from qualified firms to provide services based on the scope of work contained in this document. It is the intent of Terrell ISD to award this contract to one (1) vendor. However, depending on submissions, the district will accept and consider awarding to more than one contractor. The term of this bid will be for two (2) years, with the option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year terms at both parties agreement. The effective date of the contract will be September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2026. Pricing submitted will be held form for a minimum of one year of this award. Upon annual agreement, of both parties, this contract will have the following renewal options: Renewal Option 1: September 1, 2026 - August 31, 2027 Renewal Option 2: September 1, 2027 - August 31, 2028 Renewal Option 3: September 1, 2028 - August 31, 2029 If you require any assistance with this online submittal, please contact: Michelle.johnson@terrellisd.org or 972-563-7504 x 13323.
