Scope of work includes but is not limited to: . Siemens switchgear building 4160V 1200A 4.16KV Type GM metal-clad switchgear (6) SR management relays (7) BEI overcurrent protection relay (92) Ni-Cad battery system . Switchgear room (7) Electrical Equipment manual switchgear (3) Powercon Corp switchgear SEL-351S . (3) MVI solid state over-current insulated contactor . 600A SF6 load interrupter switch . (9) OFCO switches . Test/PM (10) high voltage pad mount S&C switches . Test/PM of (21) pad mount transformers . Oil sample analysis on all liquid filled transformers . Test/Pm of our high voltage switchgear . Relay testing associated with Enercon switchgear . Infrared/ Ultrasound testing of all high voltage transformers . Contractor to provide, connect (check for proper rotation), maintain and disconnect Generators at critical buildings . Note any and all problems found . Contractor will be responsible for opening/closing facility horn gap switch along with All required lockout tag out procedures . Contractor to provide schedule . Final bid is to contain a not to exceed cost on any needed repairs . Facility will provide building feeder transformer identification and list of the critical Buildings that will need generator power during shut down . All work to be completed in 3 16hr days . All work to be coordinated with the Facility Plant Superintendent and or Plant Utility GATE PASS INFORMATION NEEDED BY 7/25/2024. BIDDER QUESTIONS DUE BY 8/5/2024. ALL BIDDER QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWERED BY 8/12/2024.
