Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.

The Government intends to issue one FFP award for construction services, Lime Creek Replacement Trail, IAW with SOW, Specs & all attachments. The work shall consist of but is not limited to mobilization, soil erosion & pollution control, removal and disposal of an existing unserviceable trail bridge, rip rap armoring of new bridge abutments using local in-situ rock, design, purchase, transport, and installation of a prefabricated steel trail bridge, design, purchase, transport, and installation of new substructure (pre-cast concrete grade beams), construction of approach embankments, and general cleanup. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT : $100, 000 - $250,000 PROJECT LOCATION The project is located is approximately 0.8 miles northwest along the Slickear Trail (#193001) from its junction with the termination of National Forest System Road (NFSR) #181A in T1N, R11E, Section 18, Mountain Home Ranger District, Boise National Forest, Idaho. Detailed travel directions to the project location are included in the plans. PERFORMANCE: Specific time windows for work have been established to protect aquatic species and hydrologic function. All instream work shall be accomplished between 30 August and September 15th, 2024, or 2025. Winter shutdown will occur from November 1st, 2024, through May 1st, 2025 Please review all documents attached, all questions and clarification pursuant to this RFQ must be received electronically by Contracting Officer on or before 24 July 2024, 2:00, P.M., CDT *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
