Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
The work will take place on TCCD South Campus in building SHPE. The scope of work is to remove and replace the gymnasium flooring in accordance with drawings and specifications designed by Komatsu Architecture dated April 27, 2023. BASE BID: Removal and replacement of the gymnasium floor up to the line of demarcation as specified in the drawings. ALTERNATE BID: Complete removal and replacement of approximately 15,164 sf gymnasium wood athletic floor. Removal and replacement defined: Replace water damaged sub floor and finish floor, refinish entire gym floor with water-based finish, provide painting/placing of lines on finished surface for basketball and other recreational/sport activities as determined by the owner and as indicated on the drawings including new or relocated gymnasium equipment, substrate moisture testing, exterior "parking" signage and other work as indicated, located at the TCCD South Campus in Fort Worth, Texas.
