Young Municipal Center, 2 Woodward Ave, Detroit, MI 48226 - Approximate 3,350 S.F. Scope Area. This project will include the demolition of existing flooring, furniture panel systems, shelving, framed wall construction, millwork, and floor mounted electrical monument. Installation of new electrical and data receptacles and connections corresponding to new furniture. New finishes to be provided per the finish plan and schedule. Mechanical and electrical to be provided as design-build, no fire alarm/protection work to be included in this scope. Existing ceiling equipment, including lighting, to remain.
