Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dupont, Washington. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project will include grinding and overlaying the existing asphalt travel lanes and turn lanes between Palisade Blvd. and Powerline Road to a depth of 2-inches. The bike lanes are existing and will not be overlayed as part of this project. The grinding will extend 50- feet beyond the intersections with Palisade Blvd., Civic Drive and Sequalitchew Drive. The grinding operations will remove the traffic signal detection loops and require them to be replaced. ADA push button not within reach range of the curb ramp landings will be relocated to be within the reach range requirements. Sidewalk curb ramps not in compliance with current ADA standards will be removed and replaced to meet current ADA standards.
