The City of Lenexa is seeking proposals from qualified utility locating companies to provide services to locate the city's underground facilities. The City of Lenexa has approximately 160 miles of storm sewer, 8,490 streetlights, 81 traffic signals and approximately 46 miles of fiber optic interconnect cable that must be located. The City of Lenexa participates in Kansas One-Call and over the past two years received on average slightly over 1,380 calls per month. Summarized in the following table are the calls received for the past two years. Question Deadline 08/05/2024. Questions regarding the scope of work will only be accepted until 48 hours prior to the submittal deadline.
