Moberly Industrial Park Road Extension Project including the extension of McKeown Parkway, Roberston Road, and Fowler Road within the City of Moberly. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the current version of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. This project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program. All relevant federal, state and local requirements apply. No pre-bid conference is provided for this project. A certified or cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal.
