Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Tarboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 10,000-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
The scope of work includes all labor, materials, equipment, and related items required to complete the following: Building Construction involving a new 10,000+/- sq ft warehouse building including all interior rooms and finishes, as well as mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing installations. Site preparation tasks include excavation and grading, sedimentation and erosion control, utilities, concrete sidewalks, landscaping and permanent seeding, sub-grade preparation, and all site utilities. Bidders must be properly licensed according to the General Statues of the State of North Carolina. Each Bid must be accompanied by a 5% BID SECURITY.PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BOND, each in the amount of 100% of the contract amount.
