Qualifications: All bidders are to provide non-residential job references that demonstrate your business - or your subcontractor - routinely performs this work trade and has experience in resurfacing tennis or pickleball courts and installing tennis nets. Include the owner/project name. This project includes the resurfacing and conversion of three (3) tennis courts to eight (8) pickleball courts at Old Town Community Center, resurfacing and conversion of three (3) tennis courts to eight (8) pickleball courts at Little Creek Recreation Center, and resurfacing only of three (3) tennis courts at Griffith Park. Technical questions concerning this bid should be submitted electronically to Catherine Knisley at catherinek@cityofws.org. End of Question period is 3:00 PM, July 30, 2024. Interested bidders are required to reach out directly to the Owner to obtain a set of the bidding documents.
