This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, following FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. The solicitation number is F3G3CE5147A002. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). A Firm Fixed Price type contract will be awarded. 2. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-04 June 11, 2025. 3. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business set-aside, and the associated NAICS code is 562910 Remediation Services, and a Small Business Size Standard of $25 million. 4. Below is the contract line-item number (CLIN) breakdown: Item: 0001 Supplies/Services: Contaminated Soil Evacuation and Disposal IAW PWS Qty: 1 Unit: Lot Unit Price Amount 5. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to clean up hazardous waste including containment, cleanup, and disposal of contaminated materials located on the Airfield at Nellis AFB. The contractor shall remove fuel-contaminated asphalt patches (150' X 4') and remove fuel contaminated soil Area: 25' X 20' to a depth of 6'or with concentrations of hazardous substances or petroleum substances that exceed soil action levels listed in NAC 445A.2272. All contaminated soil shall be segregated and placed in designated containers for transport to a designated landfill or treatment facility approved by both the EPA and NDEP.
