Renovation of a water / sewer project in Goshen, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Work shall include but is not limited to: Contract #1G: This work consists of construction of new WTP Building and interconnection with existing wells, Town water system and Town sewer system. Contract #1E: This work consists of electrical connections and SCADA controls within new WTP Building. Questions should be sent to Mike Aiello, PE via email at maiello@delawareengineering.com. Each bid must be accompanied by security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of opening thereof. The right is reserved to waive any informalities in the Bid and to reject any or all Bids. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legaleffect
