Work shall include but is not limited to: Contract #1G: This work consists of construction of new WTP Building and interconnection with existing wells, Town water system and Town sewer system. Contract #1E: This work consists of electrical connections and SCADA controls within new WTP Building. Questions should be sent to Mike Aiello, PE via email at maiello@delawareengineering.com. Each bid must be accompanied by security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of opening thereof. The right is reserved to waive any informalities in the Bid and to reject any or all Bids. Contract # 1E consists of the Electrical work for the Town of Goshen Hambletonian Park Water Treatment upgrade project. The scope includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. New Electrical Service. 2. New ductbanks to serve plant upgrades. 3. Furnish and install new transformers. 4. Furnish and install a new natural gas fired generator and accessories. 6. Furnish and install conduit and conductors for plant upgrades. 7. Provide new grounding system and modify existing ground system. 8. Furnish and install new distribution panels. 10. Provide and install lighting for all upgrades and additions. 11. Furnish and install conduit and conductors to all SCADA components and devices. 12. Furnish and install electrical components for plant HVAC system.
