Reference number: 20008778 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2024-08-05 Expected contract duration without options (in months) 12 Expected contract duration with options (in months) 36 This contract essentially comprises the following elements - The collection and transportation of recyclable materials from wheeled bins and containers on the territory to the Tricentris sorting center located mainly in Terrebonne, or another site identified by ÉEQ. - Supply, delivery and repair of wheeled bins for the collection of recyclable materials. The deadline for complaints is August 5, 2024. Furthermore, the City assumes no responsibility for any written notices or documents conveyed by the electronic system being incomplete or containing any errors or omissions whatsoever. Consequently, all bidders must ensure that they have obtained all documents related to this call for tenders before submitting their bids. The bidder must attach to its bid a certified cheque, money order or bank draft issued by a financial institution and made payable to the Ville de Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines or a bid bond issued by a financial institution or insurance company authorized to do business in Canada, in the Province of Quebec, recognized by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) for 10% of the total amount including taxes submitted in the BID FORM, valid for ninety (90) days from the bid opening date. The bidder must attach to its bid a letter from an insurance company authorized to do business in Canada, in the Province of Quebec, recognized by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), guaranteeing that a performance bond, for 50% of the bid price including taxes for the first year of the contract, will be issued in favour of the Ville de Sainte- Anne-des-Plaines and that this bond will be renewed annually under the same conditions and maintained in force without interruption for the entire term of the contract. The applicable intergovernmental agreements are as follows: Agreement on Trade and Cooperation between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), and Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). The City does not undertake to accept the lowest or any bid received. It further reserves the right to reject any and all bids received, should it see fit, without being held liable or subject to any suit or claim for costs or losses incurred by the bidders.
