Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Perris, California. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; transportation facility; transportation facility; and water / sewer project.

The Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC) is pleased to announce a future release of a Notice of Inviting Bids (NIB) for the Perris-South Metrolink Station and Layover Facility Expansion Project (Project). The Perris-South Metrolink Station is currently located along a single-track corridor and will be expanded to accommodate a second track through the station, extend the existing platform and construct an additional platform between milepost (MP) 85.2 and 85.8. Additionally, a pedestrian at-grade crossing will be included at the east end of the station platforms and a fourth layover track will be constructed at the adjacent Layover Facility. Other improvements for the Project include new paved areas, signal houses, canopies, storm drains, stormwater Best Management Practices (BMP) and other miscellaneous site improvements.
