Renovation of a municipal facility in Wickliffe, Kentucky. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of November 22,2024, project did not get enough funding. No definite date for the rebid yet. Proposals for the work as indicated on the contract documents will be received as follows: Unified Bid Package: Base Bid shall include general construction, civil construction, mechanical/plumbing construction and electrical construction. Timeline: The project work inside the courthouse can commence after award of the contract with a substantial completion date of July 31, 2025. Award of the contract is expected within 30 days of receiving bids. Bid Security: Bid security will not be required. Every request for such interpretation shall be made in writing and addressed and forwarded to Jess Park, Hafer PCS., Suite 101, 101 East Second Street, Owensboro, Kentucky 42303 or via electronic mail at jpark@haferdesign.com. No inquiry received within 5 days of the date fixed for opening of the Bids will be given consideration. Question Deadline 09/06/2024
