Sugar Loaf Fire Station Colfax County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The New Mexico Procurement Code, Sections 13-1-28 through 13-1-99 NMSA 1978, imposes civil and misdemeanor criminal penalties for its violation. In addition, the New Mexico criminal statutes impose felony penalties for bribes, gratuities and kick-backs All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to the Architect/Engineer in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the Architect/Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents.
