We will be accepting pre-qualifications for upcoming bid packages for: General Trades, Demo & Abatement, Concrete, Masonry, Steel, Casework, Waterproofing, Roofing, Fireproofing, Doors & Hardware, Storefront, Drywall, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting, Specialties, Signage, Window Treatments, Laboratory Casework, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Telecom, Sitework, and Landscaping. This project will include the renovation of a 43,744 SF two-story classroom and laboratory building including MEP modifications/replacements, new finishes, structural steel repairs/modifications, building envelope upgrades, and minor site drainage & landscaping improvements. Similar project experience will be considered during prequalification. Bidding will be phased and is expected to take place from August-December 2024. Submittals for prequalification forms may be hand delivered, mailed, or submitted electronically. Deadline for prequalification is 10 days prior to Bid Date.
