Site work for a water / sewer project in Hoboken, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project Consists of the Rehabilitation of Approximately 4,700 Linear Feet of Combined Sewers, Manholes, and Service Connections in the Cities of Union City and West New York. Question Deadline 08/29/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Scope of the Work Will Include but Not Limited to the Use of Trenchless Technology Such as Cured in Place Lining to Rehabilitate Existing Sewer Mains of Various Sizes. Partial Sets of Bidding Documents Will Not Be Available From the Issuing Office. Neither Owner Nor Engineer Will Be Responsible for Full or Partial Sets of Bidding Documents, Including Addenda if Any, Obtained From Sources Other Than the Issuing Office. If the Contract is Awarded, No Refunds Will Be Given. If for Any Reason the Contract is Not Awarded, Refunds Will Be Made to Bidders Pursuant to N.j.s.a. 40a:11-24(B) When the Contract Documents Are Returned in Reasonable Condition Within 90 Days of Notice That the Contract Has Not Been Awarded.
